Challenge each other in the game room, take a dip in the pool, relax by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. There's even a bocce ball court for some friendly competition. And when you're ready to call it a night, each of the 5 beautiful bedrooms has been thoughtfully furnished and prepared with crisp, clean linens by Parachute to ensure a restful sleep. Containing shuffleboard, pool table, arcade games and board games. - Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided - Washer/Dryer & detergent: perfect for extended stay guests and sports tournaments! - Beach gear: beach chairs (4-6), umbrellas (1-2), cooler bags (1-2), beach wagon (1), beach towel (1/guest). - Central Air & Heating - Fast wi-fi Guest access Guests will have access to entire house except owner closet Other things to note Furry Friends: - Prior approval is required. We allow up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $200/per stay. - Must be fully house trained - Must be completely cleaned up after - Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area - Crated indoors when not home with the pet - If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made - Not allowed in the pool, on indoor furniture or bedding. KINDLY NOTE - For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (both sides or the house). No inside cameras. - Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels. - Heated pool feature is available for an extra $35/night - Pool settings are all scheduled. When pool heat is paid, it is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. (please do not meddle with pool equipment, failure to comply will result in fines of at least $1000, and or the cost of repair) - Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit. IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund and can incur an additional charge of $100/guest.
